SHIPPING METHODS

Greece - Free Shipping

Mariaanastasia-jewellery.com, co-operating with the private courier company ACS and the postal mail of Hellenic Post, ELTA DOOR TO DOOR, undertakes to send you, at its own cost, the jewellery you chose totally free of charge regardless of their value. In the event that your order delivery either delays or cannot be realized due to weather conditions or other unpredictable factors, we will contact you. You should also know that in case of shipment to remote locations, you will be charged an additional cost (depending on the courier company you choose), of which of course you will be notified. Possible completion time of shipment between 1 to 7 working days. Please be advised that in the event of getting out of stock, shipment of your order may take some extra time. Should this be the case, you will again be notified so, by phone or e-mail.

Cyprus

Mariaanastasia-jewellery.com, informs you that shipping costs for Cyprus are 10 €. Your orders are usually shipped within 7 days and delivered within 1-2 working days. If the shipping distance between your location and the nearest express mail store or courier service is more than 20 km, there may be additional delivery delays, but you will be notified immediately.

Europe & Third Countries

Mariaanastasia-jewellery.com, informs you that shipping costs for Europe and Third Countries (United States, Australia, etc.) are € 30.

• Orders within Greece are delivered Monday - Friday 09: 00-19: 00 and Saturdays 10:00 - 14:00

• If you wish to pick up your order from a courier service store near you, you should mention it to the order's comments.

• In case your order has been paid online, it is necessary to verify your identity upon receiving the parcel.

Payment by FREE delivery of your order via ACS couriers. The service is exclusively for shipments throughout Greece. Unfortunately, this delivery service is not available for shipments abroad.

By bank deposit.

In the bank's deposit receipt, you must state your full name as your reason. For faster execution of your order, you can send by email the bank's deposit receipt to us at info@mariaanastasia-jewellery.com, or contact us at 0030 694 526 7583.

By debiting your credit card.

The settlement process of your payment transaction is undertaken by Piraeus Bank, thus ensuring the absolute security of your transaction. When you enter your card details, the bank does not charge the amount of your order, but it binds it. The charge is realized when invoicing your order.

For the additional security of electronic transactions through credit cards, these are carried out through the Winbank Paycenter security system of PIRAEUS BANK. Thus, in the purchase process through a credit card, the client is automatically transferred to a secure server at Piraeus Bank's Winbank Paycenter service. All data transferred electronically by the customer (credit card details) to Piraeus Bank's Winbank Paycenter service as well as their transfer from the Bank to VISA or MasterCard are covered by the 128-bit Veri Sign SSL encryption algorithm, the most robust encryption which exists today worldwide. In this case, card data is not stored anywhere but are used only during check and debit. So, the transactions you make with mariaanastasia-jewellery.com through credit cards are absolutely safe.

Mariaanastasia-jewellery.com does not collect or store your credit card details in any way, so you need to re-register each time you use your credit card for transactions through this site.

Buyers can be priced either with a retail receipt, delivered at the time of delivery/ receipt of the goods, or with an invoice if the buyer is a freelancer or a commercial enterprise.

PRODUCT RETURNS

You have the right to return the jewellery - products you have purchased within 15 days of the date of receipt, together with their packaging and all accompanying documents, such as receipt of purchase, warranty, etc. For product returns please contact us by calling +306945267583, +302321065046 or email to: info@mariaanastasia-jewellery.com.

You also have the opportunity to change the product within 15 working days of receipt date with any other jewellery of your choice provided it is of equal or higher value.

The returned products should be placed in their packaging box that has been delivered to you, and definitely not having been used by you.  For your better service, they also have to be well packed so they do not get damaged during transport. Returned products that do not meet the above terms and conditions for returning products, will not be accepted. In any case, you will be charged with the shipping and return costs of the products replaced.

In case of returning a product and not replacing it with another, the company will refund the amount paid by you within 5 working days from the day of its receipt by depositing it back to your bank account. All you have to do is simply indicate the IBAN (GR ..................... ...) of your bank account. The amount deposited in your bank account will be the amount paid by you less the costs of sending and returning your order back.

How do I return purchased products at mariaanastasia-jewellery.com?

If you would like to return any purchased product(s), please contact the Customer Service Department of mariaanastasia-jewellery.com for our agents to guide you through the return process. When sending any received product(s) back, please make sure to send your parcel on a recipient’s charge and then we will return the entire amount you have paid for your purchase reduced by € 6 for shipping costs (€ 3 for shipping costs and € 3 for return costs). The amount will be deposited into a personal bank account that you will indicate to us after contacting our company.

How do I get a refund?

The refund of your money depends on the payment method you have selected. If you had prepaid your order with PayPal, as soon as we receive the products back, your money will be refunded to your PayPal account. If you had prepaid with a credit card, the debit of your card will be cancelled and the money will be credited back to your account upon receipt of the products by our store. However, if you had chosen a cash payment upon delivery or a deposit in our bank account as a payment method, then in both cases it is necessary to indicate to us the IBAN of your bank account. In this case the indicated bank account will be credited with the amount paid for the products you return within 5 working days.

How much money will be refunded to me?

The amount credited to your account will be the entire amount you paid for purchased products except for the original shipping costs (€ 3) and the return costs of the products to our store (€ 3). Namely, you are reimbursed the entire amount less € 6 that correspond to the transport costs.

How can I return products purchased if I reside outside Greece?

You can return a purchased product you have received, within 15 days of the day you have received it. Though, it is a prerequisite, to pack the products well (in the same packages that have been shipped to you) in order to avoid damages during transport. Also, for returns from abroad, the return and shipping costs from your country of residence to Greece will be on your expense. Once the returned products have been received from our online store, you will be fully refunded to their entire value minus shipping costs for shipment abroad (as appropriate, € 10 or € 30, see also Shipping: For Overseas).
